Yall are crazy! Play FF6 and you'll never think of FF7 again. Actually play every one but 7 and you'll forget get about that little insignificant game. I shouldn't bash on it too hard though... it did make RPG's popular in America.

I never got the chance to play 6, but I did play 7, 8, 10, 10-2, 12 and couldn't be bothered signing up to play 14. Crisis core is an emotional masterpiece, 7 was a paving of make or break, to which it made it famous, but gained haters, 8 I found was a pain in the ash, however I only vaguely remember the game's storyline itself and 10 was also a make and/or break for the Sony Playstation Two. It had it's flaws (Terrible Voice Acting and Tidus -.-) And It's Gains (Battle System, Cutscene Graphics And Auron ^.^) Number twelve to me was like taking a dictionary to the face. I needed to google to figure out half the stuff they were actually saying.

12 hurt my head. >_> The new games are failing horribly plot-wise. Seven and Crisis Core were great in my opinion, particularly the latter. Emotional with a great plotline, and of course amazing characters. xD I loved how few pathetic weaklings you had to travel with in Crisis core, unlike some of the other games...(Hm, Rosa and Hope, to name two...)

Personally, I think they should remake 7 for a better platform, it has the potential to be very good. I mean seriously, in recent games there's an epic battle system and graphics and horrible plot; seven had great plot but needs to be updated. 1 + 1 = great. xD
