Hey there, I just wanted to stop by and say that i'm sorry something like that happened to you and that poor little pup.

I'm also sorry if this sounds rude, I was just wondering how they managed to give life in prison over animal abuse charges, the penalty for it is hardly bad enough, and most people just get fined. I would like to know, if that information is available.

I also was going to make a piece of fan art for you, from my art shop if that is okay, free of charge, of course. I will edit this post with it soon. Take care.

Even though I'm not the person your asking but I think the reason they went to jail is because of the things they did.
1.Drink and Drive
2.Animal Abuse
3.They Could Have Hurt The Other People In The Car
