@Lunardrop As PolarAzulTigris pointed out, there are only three legs. Now, if a leg is removed, they can still hobble along (Contridictary to popular belief, of course. At my aunt's house there was a deer with three legs. It walked just fine.). But, if it does have three legs, there should at least be a stub. from where it was chopped off. It normally happens above or below the knee.
Also, I feline tutorial should help you out some. I do see some key mistakes, such as the fact the the hip should come back upwards. But I'm not very keen on animals myself, so I'm just going to pull something up for you to work off of.
