A few days ago at school, I slowly dissapeared in an Anger Melt Down or a Anger break down.... I threw my math book all the way across the room, and I could breath, I passed out for an hour.

I tend to hide in my office most of the day, even living with my family is way too crowded.

I go outside and since my neighbor's yard is abandoned 'cause they died, I go over there and get my rampage out. I beat at the walls and whatnot until my fists are bloody and I'm crying I'm so angry... Damn stupid world...

Everytime I have a break down.... I isolate myself away from everyone, because if anyone goes near me, I end up hurting them, like I hurt my BFFFF Emma, she has claw marks on her arm...

I got messed with in school, but I didnt hurt the boys who were messing with me, one guy was leaing on the wall, so I punched the wall RIGHT next to his face.
