Was there ever a Pokemon in-game that you feared to battle?

I've always feared going up against Milotic; just because it took me *No joke* over 25 times to re-start the trainer battle; just trying to defeat one on my first game.

I'm much more experienced now; and by far stronger then before. But every time any NPC sends out a Milotic. I just get so scared.

Who else has this happened to?

I hate fighting Milotics, but I like them if I own one.
For me, I've always hated fighting your rival(s) but I'm not scared of it. I just don't like it.

I fear running into shinies, if that counts.
I'm so scared I'll see it and it'll use Self Destruct or Explosion or I'll kill it on accident! Q vQ

This is so sad!
I just got Pokemon HeartGold; bought used from a game shop.
I love to check out how far and what Pokemon that last owner had gotten to(before restarting the game).

And the players name is Zane. They only played for one hour and thirty minutes. No badges, one Pokemon.
So I was like, okay I'll go see what their starter was and then restart it.

The game started directly in front of Falkner's gym. I checked out the Pokemon it was Chikorita.
Only level 13, with 16 HP left(is in the yellow) with a Timid nature. Poor thing. T.T(Reminds me of a Growlithe card I found on the streets once)

I must be insane; because the thought of restarting the game makes me think about how I would end this Chikorita's virtual life.
I just feel that it was abandoned; alone and I just can't seem to restart the game now.

I'm not good with grass types, but I'm going to be keeping this game; this Chikorita. As soon as I can Im going to rename him to be Hachisuka(Maybe). I can just imagine giving him a better life; a chance to be on a team with other Pokemon and get stronger with them. Instead of losing his chance before given the feeling of love.

I just had to share this little guys story with everyone. Thank you for reading about him.

i feared trying to get the legendarys because i forget to save before and end up killing it

I don't know why, but I'd feel it to be odd to do that. o.0.
I'm weird. I know. But I got him two new friends/team-mates already. Wooper and Zubat.
Wooper is going to be Roku. I haven't found out the Zubat's name yet. But the three are so cute together!

As I play the game I start writing stories about them.
