Actually, correction to my above statement. Some wireless wi-fi's may work. I'm not sure which ones but the DS doesn't like connecting to a few here or there. :V

DS lites only connect to WEP wifi, though most people/places have WPA/WPA2 wifi, which only the 3DS and DSi may connect to. :U

Oddly though my Pokemon Black is the only one working with my 3DS wi-fi. I have no clue why though.

I think it's because you can only use 1 Pokemon game per DS, something to do online thingamabobs
