I got a Shinx on my Platinum Nuzlocke.
No big problem really. Though Luxray has some sucky attacks I was willing to try to use my female Shinx Melody. I was a bit disappointed though, I really wanted a Budew and I used a Luxray in my normal Pearl version.
I lost Melody to Barry's Pidove after I raised her two levels. T_T Stupid Barry.

I'm sorry that Barry did that T-T

At least its better than losing a while team to Garintina

Vulpixs have invaded 5 of my boxes, so in total, I've hatch 150 vulpixs. None are shiny yet. Not going to lose hope until it reaches 500! c:

Just go on the trades online and offer Vulpixs to random people. :V I did that with my Eevees.

In which game are you trying this? I tried it in SoulSilver and it didnt work TT___TT I tried it with Shinx.
I see why it didn't work for me. I googled it.
