I've got some more :D .

Lopadotemachoselachogaleokranioleipsanodrimhypotrimmatosilphioparaomelitokatakechymenokichlepikossyphophattoperisteralektryonoptekephalliokigklopeleiolagoiosiraiobaphetraganopterygon. (Greek. A type of food  )

Do place names count? if so...
Taumatawhakatangihangakoauauotamateapokaiwhenuakitanatahu (A hill in New Zealand)

Llanfairpwllgwyngyllgogerychwyrndrobwllllantysiliogogogoch (A town on a island in Wales)

Chargoggagoggmanchauggagoggchaubunagungamaugg (a lake in Webster, Massachusetts. It means "Fishing Place at the Boundaries – Neutral Meeting Grounds")

Muckanaghederdauhaulia (Place in Ireland. From the Irish, Muiceanach Idir Dhá Sháile, meaning "pig-marsh between two saltwater inlets")

Krungthepmahanakhonamonrattanakosinmahintharayuthayamhadilokphopnoppharatratch-
athaniuuriromudomratchaniwetmahasathanamonpimanawatansathitsakkathattiyawitsanuk-amprasit. (The ceremonial name of Bangkok, Thailand; it has the Guinness World record for longest place name in the world)

Also, the longest word published in german?
Donaudampfschiffahrtselektrizitaetenhauptbetriebswerkbauunterbeamtengesellschaft.
Meaning, "Association for subordinate officials of the head office management of the Danube steamboat electrical services".

I am having fun with this

I think place names could go under Jargon. xD Those are ridiculous! <3

Oh my! This is absolutely wonderful help for my story writing! I don't want to sound childish, and all these big words are simply lovely... I was hoping something so convenient would turn up soon :) Good things come to those who wait ;) Thanks so much for sending me the message, Spock! A lot of these words are, as Ruki Ki posted, mind blowing! I'll be sure to try and remember to put anything good up here >.>

What would words relating to culture/tradition go under?

I agree Shadow, these words are lovely, I've already started using some in my Roleplaying. XD

If I understand you correctly, words relating English tradition would go under English, were it to relate to something found in another language, they'd go under Worldly Words. ^^

For example, Hara-Kiri, a Japanese form of suicide, would go under Worldly Words. 8D

Er... was that what you meant? XD

We played Scrabble yesterday and, if you use some of these in your Scrabble-playing, you may have to break out a dictionary to prove they are real words X3

I realized that we don't have any words beginning with T, U, V, or Y.

tachydidaxy; quick teaching
tachypnea; oddly quick breathing
tattogey; someone who cheats by using loaded dice
uberous; bountiful
ulotrichous; having curly hair
ululate; to howl
vale; farewell
varec; kelp
velitation; skirmish
yammer; complain
ydromancy; fortunetelling with water
yestreen; the previous night

So I found you some. xD
