Wow, I've gotten through part one and two of Silent Ponyville. It's a very, very good fanfic. It's hit a spot I'm sensitive to - Slender Man, so I'm feeling Pinkie's terror there.
I'm actually inspired to write my own fan sequel to Cupcakes. Of course, it's not at all going to be in the same direction as SP, because I plan to make the events of Cupcakes all too real.
