Okay, its possible that Tigerclaw is related to Firestar because of the leader (once a leader, then became a kittypet) Pinestar. If Pinestar became the kittypet Jake then that would make Firestar and Tigerstar half brothers. (Which means that Spottedleaf is also related to Firestar) Also, Jake is Scourge's dad, and Firestar and Scourge are littermates.
Does that make sense?

I think Jake was the cat who convinced Pinestar to become a kittypet.
