DAT EVENT.
I seriously started freaking out when I saw a "shiny" Wynaut on my screen, but then I remembered that you can't regularly find Wynaut in Twist Mountain. >> I caught it anyway, and now I have another wish tag.<3

Anywhere where you can regularly find wild Pokémon, but it has to be on land (not fishing or surfing or the likes). I believe it's a 1/500 chance of one appearing on the map.

Those are only found on Mirage Island, like regular Jirachi. A Jirachi itself only has a 1/1000 chance of appearing on Mirage Island, and that Jirachi has a 1/2 chance of being a Wish Jirachi. That being said, it's a 1/2000 chance of finding a Wish Jirachi on Mirage Island.
