I don't know if Event Pokemon can be found or not, but any Pokemon. Even Legendaries and rares like Eevee and Snorlax.

I must've done something wrong, because all the sudden my Pidgey is inside the ball and I lost my 1000 dollars! What do I do?

Butterfree are my favorite on V-Dex, because there's really no need to battle, and thus can have my team full of them <3 That raichu you have there is sexy though =w=

Just type in S.S Ticket in the Mapdex,and it should be able to let you go to the city with the boat in it,depending on what rejoin you are in.

It is in Slateport, which should be accessable from anywhere you are (considering that you traveled there and traveled through the region, you're obviously able to travel back there). The ticket costs 50, unless you have the Yun discount.
