Anything especially interesting?

There were some really funny quotes from Artemis's school teachers. They made me laugh pretty hard. And there were 6 interviews (Foaly, Holly, Artemis, Butler, Root, and Eoine Colfer) in the book, which were very interesting; but Holly and Artemis's were mostly common sense and information already stated in earlier books. X(
There were also diagrams of things that I never even knew that Foaly invented. (they had been mentioned in the books, but it was never stated that Foaly had invented them until this book.)
Included in the book are 2 short stories that I've never even heard of before, and they're quite funny and elaborate a bit on Artemis and Holly's backgrounds. :)

Did anyone read the Sisterhood of the Traveling Pants?
Sisterhood Everlasting came out and I just read it! I'm also reading the Survival Kit, it's pretty good.

The Beatrix Potter books are amazing :3 I've grown with them, and never really grown out of them! And HP, of course, is perfection on paper!

Just close your eyes
The sun is going down
You'll be alright
No one can hurt you now
Come morning light
You and I'll be safe and sound

Don't you dare look out your window, darling
Everything's on fire
The war outside our door keeps raging on
Hold onto this lullaby
Even when the music's gone

I would definately recommend them, but then again I am obsessed with them and so OF COURSE I would recommend them. xD

Have any of you guys read Heroes of the Valley by Jonathon Something-that-starts-with-an-S-but-can't-remember-exactly? I saw it in the school's library today and it looked like a really good book.

Just finished reading "Artemis Fowl book 5". Liked it, but it wasn't my favorite. X(

Now all I need to do is earn up enough money to get books 7 and 8, and then I have the entire series! :)

Also...I am now reading three completely different books. "Quotable Star Trek" by Jill Sherwin (a must read for any Trekkie), "Case for Christ" by Lee Strobel (a really good book that proves (with sources other than the Bible) that Jesus really did live and do miracles), and "Dragon Kiss" (book 6 in the "Tales of a Frog Princess", which is the series that the Disney movie "Princess and the Frog" is taken after; though the books are a million times better).

I am currently waiting for "Case for a Creator" (by Lee Strobel) to get here from Ebay.com , and "Welcome to the Borderlands" (by a lot of various authors) to get here from Flamingnet.com . At least I've got some good books to read while I wait. :)
