Okay, it's been a little while since I've read, and I'm forgetful...so, among my favorites are the Artemis Fowl series, Forgive My Fins, and Dizzy.

Average amount of time it takes you to finish a book: It depends. I can finish a book in a day, but if I take breaks a lot or forget about it it can take up to a week. Generally, somewhere from 1-3 days.
How many of the above symptoms you regularly experience: The last five. xD
