Hey you should adopt as many of every pet as you can. ;) It increases your chances of a rare and gets you more trade fodder if you have multiple outcomes of the same pet. :)

Dude, I need the rainbow and the gold! :] Reds are coming easy. I think that the rarity of each egg is:
Blue- Very Common
Red- Common
Gold- Uncommon
Rainbow- Uncommon
Animal- Rare

Not in trades for pets though! XD
