Alphys is the best girl cause she doesn't try to kill you right off the bat like Undyne and actually expresses interest in helping you.
Papyrus though I agree is the superb brother over Sans.

Yes, but Papyrus Is the only person who doesn't kill you in a battle, makes spaghetti with you, is nice to you even if you kill him, and is a pure little cinnamon roll. Papyrus is superior.
