Can I get a clarification on what people are counting as spoilers, please, especially when people request transparent-ising then - I see story stuff like “X character does Y thing”, or previously-unknown Pokemon as a spoiler and stuff that was shown in trailers/pre-release info/is from the original games isn’t. Even a “Hey, I consider Z a spoiler, mind hiding it?” would be useful for me, thanks.

Back to the game thoughts, interesting thing, my sister mentioned a particular oddity related to the SS Anne (I guess Easter egg now) that’s been in all Kanto games, so I went to check it out and it’s still there! If you go back to the SS Anne dock, run towards the end, find where there’s two gaps in the railing on either side of the path, surf right and there’s the truck! Mew was very much not impressed, there didn’t seem to be a way to use Strength on it but we found hidden a Revive nearby.

I'm only up to the third badge because I've spent hours upon hours trying to catch a shiny vulpix. Then this happened:

That's terrible!! Oh that would break my heart. Shiny hunting sounds much more difficult. I haven't gotten a copy yet, but I've always wanted to try shiny hunting efficiently. Running away seems like it would ruin that. :p

I managed to wrangle the cash to get let's go eevee! I'm currently at saffron city qvq Haven't seen any shinies yet, may try to hunt for some when I can purchase ultra balls (yknow, just in case pfft). Going for a vulpix, most likely.
Definitely transferring in a shiny flareon once I can get to the place for it as well :0c
