Sorry for not replying in such a while. >.>

You want to know how to make a stamp, yes? First, you find a stamp base from DeviantART, and then you copy and paste it in to an art program that you use. I recommend GIMP, it's free, and pretty awesome =3 although, it can be a bit confusing at first. Then, you can make a stamp 8D

If you want to try, you should search a stamp tutiorial on DeviantART also c:
