Hey guys, I have a question and I'm not sure where I stand on this. Hoping I can get some advice.
Long story short, I purchased a dragon with a bunch of art in his bio. After messaging the original seller of the dragon so that I could try and find the artists who'd drawn each piece (as they had not been credited at all originally), I finally managed to find the artists myself. I paid 2kg for him and the art together, and after a day or so I took the art out of the dragon's bio to save for another (replacement) dragon. I then put the tundra back up on the AH without his art because I'd decided I had no intentions of keeping the dragon himself, only the art he came with. Nowhere in his bio did I say that he was being sold with any of it; none of it was linked to or displayed.
Yesterday I received a PM from the original owner, stating that they had purchased the dragon again "to refund me for him" and "restored his bio" with all the art that I had bought with him. However, I had purchased both the Tundra AND his art from them, and had not requested a refund or anything similar. I do not mind if they wish to keep the Tundra, as I HAD put him back up for sale. But I had ONLY put HIM up for sale, not the art. As such I do not believe that they have the ownership of that art anymore.
Am I wrong? I am just unsure of everything at the moment and would like some advice.
