It's not really more rare than other dragons since the only difference is the ID, they're just high demand and typically special ID dragons sell for a lot more because of said ID.

Alright well you're applying stat points to all the choices when you should only focus on a few depending your dragon's build. I.e. do you want a mage or melee dragon.

And they wont earn experience paired with a level 25. If your in too low of a venue for the 25 it doesn't give you experience.
