personalities: cygnepuddle - cygnepuddle is known for his skittish nature. it is hard to earn his trust after his rocky past, but even then he's nervous. he jumps at most sounds and constantly seeks reassurance for his actions. despite having taken plumenose as a mate, he still asks if plumenose truly loves him. cygnepuddle suffers from anxiety disorder, which was brought on by a trauma.
plumenose - plumenose is calm, level-headed, and a quick-thinker. he is the perfect balance to cygnepuddle's nervousness. he thinks everything through before acting, even though these thoughts are quite quick. he is big on discipline for little lackit even though cygnepuddle doesn't want to. plumenose wants to raise their daughter to be calm and cool-headed like himself, even though she is exhibiting quite the opposite traits.
lackit - lackit is a hot-headed mess. she jumps right into things and has a heavy temper. she is known for snapping at the other pion, even at apprenti and cavalier at times. her parents do not like this trait, but they cannot seem to stamp it out. it is like there is a fire burning in her heart that is exhibited through her temper.
cat histories: cygnepuddle - cygnepuddle was born in a twoleg nest as a kittypet. when he started to grow past the adorable kitten stage, he was kicked into the streets as no twoleg wanted him. this kicked in a deep-rooted fear of never being accepted, and the next stage of his life did not help. cygnepuddle was constantly rebuked as he was never cut out to be a street cat, worsening his fear of never being accepted. one day, he met plumenose. cygnepuddle developed a crush on plumenose fairly quickly, and they traveled through the mountains until happening upon a molly with a single kit left. the molly was unable to care for the kit, so the two adopted the kit and became mates.
plumenose - plumenose was always a street cat. he didn't care about the twolegs, he just wanted food. he perfected being cold, until he met cygnepuddle. his heart warmed around the anxious tomcat, and he couldn't stop himself from leaving the city behind and traveling into the mountains until they met the mother and kit. they adopted the kit, and have finally decided to settle down and stop moving.
lackit- lackit was born to a lone mother. her biological father had abandoned the pregnant molly, leaving her alone. her siblings didn't survive very long, and her mother was looking for a better family for her. finally, cygnepuddle and plumenose happened across the distraught molly and took lackit. lackit was only about two moons at this point, and the hard two moons had taken a toll on her. she was abnormally small and probably would never grow to full size.

cat personalities: dansefeather - dansefeather is a careful yet rude tom. he thinks things through, but often comes off as rude. he never means to be, but being called rude ruins his day. poor dansefeather has a hard time making friends as many see him as a rude tom. however, you can truly tell when he is trying to be rude.
ballettwirl - ballettwirl is a shy, quiet molly. ballettwirl is known for rarely speaking, some even believed she was mute for a while. however, once she gets to know you, she will not stop talking. her shyness is often viewed as avoidance, but she truly cannot help the way she is scared of everything. she has no reason to always be scared, she just is. she's quite a skittish molly.
cygnepaw - cygnepaw is a weird molly. she loves to play pranks and joke, even though this constantly gets her in trouble. she spends many moons cleaning out the nursery, and even had her cavalier ceremony delayed a moon for pretending to be taken by a fox. her family does not appreciate her jokes, but a certain tom in the clan sure does.
lackit - lackit is a hot-headed mess. she is constantly in trouble with her temper, demanding that her future mentor be a level-headed cat who can control the fire in her heart. still, this fire constantly lashes out and gets her into trouble more often than not. lackit is known for snapping at the other pion and occasionally an apprenti or cavalier.
cat histories: dansefeather - dansefeather was born a loner. he believes that is the best life for him, but he is willing to settle down if only for ballettwirl, cygnepaw, and lackit. he spent many moons wandering until he met ballettwirl. his heart was captured by her beauty, and now he can't stay away from her. they had two litters, though each litter only produced one kit each.
ballettwirl - ballettwirl was born a kittypet. one day, she decided she wanted to see the world, so she escsped. she never looked back, just forward. as she was wandering the mountains, she happened across dansefeather. dansefeather was unlikable by her standards, but she eventually grew to love him. once their second litter of one was born, she decided to settle down. she knows dansefeather won't like it, so she plans to stay as a les méres and have several litters of kits
cygnepaw - cygnepaw was born in the mountains. she was an only kit, so she grew up with only her parents. she didn't like being alone all the time, so she practically begged for a little sibling. when lackit was born, cygnepaw immediately regretted her decision. she was tasked with keeping an eye on little lackit quite frequently, so she grew to resent her little sister.
lackit - lackit was also born in the mountains. she is only around a moon old, so she doesn't have that much of a history. now that cygnepaw is old enough to watch her, their parents go off for alone time and leave the older kit in charge of the younger kit. lackit truly looks up to cygnepaw, even though cygnepaw truly despises her younger sister. this is bound to create trouble in the future.

he is often called the smarter one. he is calculating and enjoys patrolling. he likes strategy best, and often helps the mentors teach it to their apprentices. he is a bit overly-cautious, and worries a lot about his mate and adoptive son. he is the papa of the family.

oak~
the more playful one, he is often described as all over the place. he is the dad of the family. he likes fighting, because he can stretch his legs and he finds it very exhilarating. he is usually pretty reckless, and usually sneaks out at night. he loves his mate and son and would die for them.

ashen~
ashenkit knows his parents aren't normal, but he will fight anyone who thinks that being gay is bad. he secretly fancies one of tawnyheart's kits, but he is too shy to tell them. he is happy and free and very hopeful of becoming a warrior.

brief histories:
raven~ he used to be a loner, but when he met oakfur, everything changed. they went on the move together, but when they found an abandoned kit, they knew they needed a permanent home. this was when they found mistyclan, then they lived there. he loves oakfur and met him when the tom was kicked out of his home.

oak~ he was a kittypet at first. maybe it was because he scratched the curtains or played too rough with the little dog they had, because his twolegs took him for a monster ride. on a good day, oakfur hated monster rides. but this ride was worse. there was no carrier, no seat belt, nothing to comfort him. whenever the monster was jostled by a bump in the thunderpath, he went flying. eventually it stopped and his twolegs left him there, on the edge of the thunderpath. he was lonely after that, so he started walking. he already knew he was gay, but when he found raventail, he loved him so. they travelled together until they found ashenkit, and settled down in mistyclan.

ashen~ ashenkit was too young to remember most of what happened before he got to mistyclan. he met his fathers, he remembered walking a lot. but other than that, he had forgotten. now he is hopeful of becoming a warrior, and he even fancies one of tawnyheart's kits, though he will never tell them.

Indie: Indie describes herself as a counselor. Other cats find her calm, non-judgemental demeanor easy to talk to and she offers advice in a courteous way. She seems very in-tune with her emotions and receptive to others'. Indie prides herself by being a cat that no one is afraid to tell anything.
Iris: Iris is a little bit of a nosy nelly, but she's working on it! Iris just really likes to be in the know...have all the hot gosp. She also has the knack for remembering all the little things she observed which can put some cats off. Luckily Indie finds Iris discovering little tidbits of information about herself fun and quirky.
Alder: Alder is very competitive and secretly enjoys his sister is younger than him, so he can easily beat her in races and fights. He doesn't mind that it's not entirely fair...he is a very sore loser and won't let Elle win even when his moms ask him to be nicer. They still get along wonderfully as Elle doesn't mind that much.
Elle: Elle is easy-going and easy to please. She's not too concerned about what will happen tomorrow, just if she's having fun today. Her favorite thing to do is hang out with her older brother and his older friends which she deems "cool". She tries really hard not to be an annoying younger sister and Alder lets her hang out with him if she doesn't whine.
brief histories:
Indie: Indie used to live waaaaay up north where she blended in perfectly in the snowy landscape. However, she eventually migrated further south as her short-hair coat wasn't enough to keep her very warm. She met Iris at the base of a mountain range and had to relearn to hunt and stalk prey with her white fur sticking out from the green grass colors.
Iris: Iris used to live closer to the equator and as soon as she could travel alone, she moved to a cooler environment. She now even enjoys summer since she's not boiling underneath her long black fur. She still thinks about her littermates but doesn't regret finding a better climate to live in.
Alder: Alder's mother was mauled by a dog when she was out hunting for him and his littermates. Unfortunately, his siblings all eventually passed away and he was the only surviving kit. He survived off of little berries (thankfully never came across a poisonous one) and already rotting prey. Iris was the one to find him shivering under a bush in a rainstorm and brought him to her and Indie's den.
Elle: Elle once wandered to far from her family's nest and tumbled down a muddy slope. She wasn't strong enough to make it back up and her family never found her. Indie plucked her from the cold mud and warmed her up in their den. She happily joined Alder as one of their kits.
Flos Vitae? The family planned to settle in a strange forest with trees grown twisted but one by one, they each fell ill. Tenebris took them to flos vitae muttering something about preserving a certain experiment?

->Webshine is a very excitable tom. He’s constantly running headfirst into things, and probably has never thought before speaking ever in his life. Sometimes this brings him trouble, but he’s a very friendly tom and somehow manages to avoid confrontations like he has a sixth sense for it. He’s very vocal about his opinions, and can not keep a secret even if it were a life or death scenario.
->Lakewing is, to the surprise of many, a lot like his mate. He’s also loud and goes through most of his life on impulse, but he is also the sole owner of the braincell in their relationship. His brain to mouth filter is intact, and he’s often left to clear up any problems that arise from his mate’s idiocy. Lakewing has a strong head on his shoulders, but he’s just as bad as Webshine when it comes to speaking his opinion on certain things.
->Goosekit is very shy and reserved, and can be very accurately described as the exact opposite of both of his dads. Even at only 5 moons he thinks through the things he’s going to say very carefully before saying them, and he’s very hesitant when it comes to things he doesn’t know. He loves his dads, but sometimes they’re just too loud for him, and so he tends to pull away and spend time with himself, and he keeps his opinions locked away in his own chest unless explicitly asked for them.
brief histories;;
->Webshine was a loner growing up, and had drifted away from his family when he was old enough to fend for himself. They were nice, but he craved adventure whereas they prefered to live quietly and in the background. He’s met many strange cats over his journeys, and has even stopped in at a few Clans along the way. At the first one his name was changed from Webby to Webshine, but he left soon enough because it was a fairly quiet and almost boring place. At another Clan, he met Lakewing. He still itched for adventure, but didn’t want to leave the beautiful tom behind; so they both left, and have been travelling together ever since.
->Lakewing was born into a Clan, and always had a voice at the back of his mind whispering that it wasn’t his home. He loves his family and the Clan, but it never felt like the place he belonged. When Webshine stumbled into their territory that one fateful moon, he felt like someone had finally illuminated those thoughts at the back of his mind. When Webshine sadly told him he was going to be leaving, Lakewing jumped on the opportunity and fled the Clan alongside him. Lakewing wants to live in a Clan again, because just having the two of them - three now, with the birth of Goosekit - is a bit too quiet at times. He’s sure he can make Webshine stay if they find the right place; they just need to find it.
->Goosekit was born when Webshine and Lakewing were off on their own. There’s been a few loners here and there that he’s gotten to meet during their travels, but before coming to IslandClan, he’s never known a Clan. He’s happy to be here, and is glad to have a place to stay at for longer than a moon at a time. Travelling is fun and all, but he’s really hoping his dad’s plan to stay, wants to have a place to call a proper home.

personalities: Martin is your typical strong-headed tom. He is stubborn and firm in what he thinks. However, he can be persuaded by those he likes. He tends to respect those who aren’t afraid to speak their mind bluntly, and doesn’t like vague answers. The tom wants to know what’s happening in the moment, so he can decide what his stance is and how it’s going to affect his family. He is a loyal warrior and will do whatever the leader needs of him, if they earn Martin’s respect.

Rail, unlike his mate, is more level headed. He tends to understand everyone’s views and tries to remember that he isn’t the only one alive. He usually succeeds in this and is seen as very unselfish and giving. He doesn’t like Martin’s abrasiveness, and usually scolds him behind closed doors. He is soft spoken, but has a lovely voice. He enjoys singing Swan lullabies and telling stories.

Swan is an even mix between his fathers. He is shy at first, but explosively outgoing and boisterous when he’s comfortable. He can go from sweet and having a fun time to stubborn fairly quickly. He has a tendency to sulk instead of throw tantrums, but those are very rare. Swan’s main goal in life is to find a mate that loves him as much as his fathers love each other.


brief histories: Martin was born a rogue and that was how he lived. Picking up meals from twoleg garbage cans, he wandered the streets of the city near the RavenClan territory. He got into a few skirmishes and wasn’t particularly liked. Bored of the city, he started wandering farther away. One day, he came upon Rail’s house and convinced him to leave his home and follow him. They have been together ever since.

Rail was born as a kittypet. His owners were nice and allowed him to roam the forest outside his cottage at his own will. They took him in from a shelter and didn’t believe in restraining him, so he often explored his ‘territory’. One day he saw a scruffy rogue sitting outside the main house’s fence. After a few days spent together, Martin (as he learned the cat’s name was) convinced him to go on more adventures with him. They’ve been inseparable since.

Swan’s mother met Rail and Martin while they were exploring the forest. She was sick and about to give birth. They helped her through it and she had Swan, the only living tom in the litter. Sadly, his mom passed away during the kitting. Martin and Rail buried her and Swan’s still-born siblings. They decided to take him along (Mainly due to Rail’s instant love for the small fluffy bundle). He’s not very old, but he considers Rail and Martin his only family and adores them.
