Mini-Percy-Rant

When I read that Percy was scared of water I was like:

It took me all my inner goodness and PJO love not to rip the book to shreads. Percy flipping Jackson is not suppose to be scared of water.
End of story.

hah, my cousin and I got into this huge serious discussion about that while we were chilling out reading the book at our beach house xD it was hilarious.

WHAT?!?!?!?!?!?!?! Percy what happened to you? You are the son of Poseidon! What are you? I don't even know him anymore. *turns away then turns back* Percy! *knocks on his head* you're not scared of water! Wait. Where did it say that Percy was scared of water?

Percy! You are not afraid of water! Get over it!!!!!!!!!! (Sorry for the excessive use of explanation points.) And I love the nickname. I don't feel like quoting so I am just going to type it. Gaea is "The worst earth goddess in history, the evilest villain ever and I don't have the vocabulary to describe her." There is my nickname for her. As for having no life outside of PJ or HoH tell me about it. My life is nothing with out Virals, NCIS, or Percy Jackson. Oh, and the internet.

Okay, mini rant. Percy was being stupid and he knew it. He could get over it if he tried and he didn't try that hard! Frank is less afriad of water than he is and he can't even breath underwater!

Because Percy was being stupid, Annabeth should kiss him. Did anyone notice that Annabeth normally gets in trouble? She's Athena's daughter but she can't figure out how to stop getting captured and stuff!

When I read through the series the second time, I realized that. It all starts in SoM when she tries to get to the Sirens. Then at the end when Polyphemus caught 'Nobody'. The in TTC when she's kidnapped. Not so much in BoL though. Aaaand in LO when she's stabbed ect. You get the picture.
