I KNOW! One of them was a baby kitten and it was so cute! When they were looking at the machinery, I got it to come over by me because a lot of the cats were following around one whom I presume was the alpha (which is the one who was sleeping in our car), and the alpha liked me A LOT because I gave him a lot of attention. xD And she was following him around so she came over by me and at first she wasn't sure if she should let me pet her or not, but they were talking about the farming equipment and stuff for about 30 minutes and by the end she was asleep on my lap!

Nope D: I live near an entire 'clan' of stray cats. We feed them and give them little shelters because they wouldn't do very well in homes, not adoptable, etc.

I live near ALOT of cats too!
They are not REALLY strays, but their owner dose not care for them, so they pretty much have to fed for themselfs.
So i call them strays.

Yeahh. The correct term is ferrel cats i guess. But I like using 'stray' because ferrel reminds me of "Will Ferrel" xD

My cat saw a feral at their house, it was a black queen, her stomach was pretty big and she didn't have a collar and she was scared of pretty much everything about people right now.

Yay for learning xD Yeah, its something like ferrel. I don't like to use 'wild' to describe them either because I think of Cheetahs and tigers when I heard 'wild cats'. xP

Aww. Adorable! What I would do is once she has the kits, try and get the kits to get used to humans so maybe they could possibly be adopted? That's what I've done with some of mine.. Poor queen, scared to death D:

On another note, there's a different black cat here now, and shes adorable! The neighbors got her fixed, so we don't have to worry about MORE kittens running around >.<

That's good, less cats running around so they don't have as great of a chance of running into a dog or getting hit by a car. I'm not sure what they're going to do with her, they've put out traps but she can get the food out without going in somehow. I think they're going to leave wet food out for her so she can have something to eat.

I know what you mean D8 I don't remember if I talked about it on here, but a few years ago a black cat got hit by a car on the end of my street it was really sad.

Not to mention another time where the animal control guy came to my next door neighbors house during last summer!! God, it was scary. He kept warning me that my neighbors will POSION THE CATS!? What. The fudge. I know my neighbors too well and they wouldn't do that. Only heartless people would do such a thing </3

It does get cold where I live, my cats and dog love the snow. Gregar has Maine coon in him so he's so fluffy and has fluff under his paws to help him. He could walk on the snow, and his thinner sister, a black calico tabby kept falling into it. My cats only accept food if they caught it, I gave it to them, or if one of my friends gave it to them. This one time Gregar was napping when I was feeding them and he barreled into the food dish to eat more of it.

I WAS SO HAPPY YESTERDAY!!!! I saw the adorable fluffy stray that hangs around our house. I hadn't seen it (I think it's a girl but I only see it at night and it doesn't really let me get very close) since the last heavy snowfall and I had thought maybe it froze to death by getting buried by snow. BUT it didn't! I saw just a glimpse of it, but I know it was the same cat and it's so adorable!!! <3 I wish I could catch it.

Why would they think that they would posion the cats??!
Do they have posion lying around or something?

You shouldn't try and catch it, cuz if you do, it will become scared of you!
You should just try and make friends with it.
Take it slowly.
