I got this beautiful girly from Atomicmilkshake - I named her Estelle Pennington


Also from Atomicmilkshake I got my new girl Regina O'neal - or Rainy for short


Then I bought Spud from AtomicMilkshake - who was designed by Octoberstars on DA



Then Treeliights also helped me revamp my girl Neva so I could connect better to her design <3

how do you guys store your characters’ art? i keep all of mine on sta.sh, but i’m running out of storage space apparently?

im looking for somewhere i can upload the art, the link/art won’t break or disappear, and for there to be a comment like section so i can credit the artist and link to the artist
i have a toyhouse account, but it’s also a hassle to upload 200+ pieces of art on toyhouse sooo

Hello there, guys! Wesley here with a little personal/life update.

I became a member of the character community in 2009, with the creation of my first three fursonas. For about 8 years (up until late 2017/early 2018), original characters and the community surrounding them (owning the CAAA, deviantArt, writing, character adoption agencies, CAAA discord, etc), were my only coping mechanism throughout bullying, breakups, depression, quitting/losing jobs, losing my mom unexpectedly, and moving to a new out of state college.

After finding a new job and entering a new relationship (one that I have now been in for nine months), I thought that I was ready to put character collecting behind me. I sold or gave away all of my characters except for my two fursonas, one OC who I haven't developed yet, and 2 new characters that I've purchased within the last month and I even resigned from my position as General Helper on the site because I wanted to spend less time on the internet. Things went rather smoothly for a while. I was beginning to spend a lot more of my life living in the present moment, leaving the house, and channeling my frustration and anxiety into other things. However, lately, as I am about to enter another semester of college, things have been getting difficult for me. My job is no longer fun to go to, my boyfriend has a new job that is taking up a lot of his time, and I am going to have to live alone again after four months of living with my biggest support system. I find myself wanting more and more to be creative, to write, and to spend time interacting with old online friends as the new semester gets closer, but I've been lacking the inspiration to write or the means to reach out to people. I thought that posting here would be the best idea.

I would really love to strike up a conversation with some people; members who I may have interacted with before I left the CAAA for a while, and members who have joined since I left it, alike. If anyone wants to talk about their personal life, their fandoms, their original characters, creative projects, literally anything with me; please send me a PM and strike up a conversation! I would love to even have links to well-developed characters that I can just read about and compliment you on. Anything to get my creative juices and social personality fired up would be great. I am now learning that even though I have new and exciting things in my life, I don't have to put away my 'secret hobby.' I can keep collecting characters, interacting with online friends, and writing stories and still accomplish everything that I hope to accomplish in real life.

With that being said, here are the two characters that I have picked up lately. I am thinking about doing some sort of story involving them, but I'm not sure what exactly my idea is yet.
