What’s your process for setting your prices in AH for your dragons you want to sell?

For me, it really depends on why I am selling them. If I don't care what happens to them, I'll wait until they're adults and stick them on the AH for slightly lower than fodder price and they sell quickly. For most of my breeding pairs, I've bred them multiple times and know how much their kids will sell for. I have one pair who's kids sell for 90kT+, but I have another pair who's kids won't sell for anything above fodder price. A lot of it has to do with just messing around and seeing what they sell for best.

Quick question:
For what reason do you breed your dragons?
Just to see / Profit / For fun ?

At this point, I think I breed dragons just to see what will happen. Some pairings I breed for lore purposes, but mostly I just want to see the possible outcomes. I only breed one dragon pair specifically for profit, and that's only because I know their kiddos will sell. I also have a pair that I breed for the purpose of spreading lineage.
Other than those specific things, most of the time I just want to see what their kids will look like.

Why are dragons SO hard to sell oh my goodness
I think theyre pretty babies im hatching but nobody else does x___x

i got tired of trying to sell pretty hatchies so now i just give them away LOL i have no patience

I give almost all my hatchlings away these days. If I want them to have good homes, that's the only way to do it.

Because I can
Seriously though... Because I like my dragons and I want to share their beauty by selling somewhat simular hatchlings.
However, some pairs can have a very wide range, so those are just to see what I can get.
I train and exalt the ones that don't sell.
So I guess the short answer is: to make profit.

Am I super slow to realise this or is it relatively new?

Now I remember not long ago this was a real problem because I kept buying skins I thought looked really good on a derg,
just to find out that they only looked good because I had seen them overlayed on top of an existing skin.
Life was pain.
When did this happen though, I can't find an announcement about it?

And now that it's finally fixed, I'm kind of missing looking at the skin combinations xD
