Just some name ideas for you . . .

Charna - Slavic word meaning "black"

Kali - Sanskrit name meaning "the black one" and the name of a Hindu goddess usually depicted with black skin and four arms, holding a severed head and brandishing a sword

Melaina - derived from Greek, meaning "black, dark" and the name of a nymph in Greek mythology

Garnet - after the gemstone

Phoenix - after the mythological bird

Samira - feminine form of Samir which means "companion in evening talk" in Arabic
