omg i just thought of the most random but cute idea ever. right, so i woke up and you know the way you sit in bed sometimes and just ponder? well i was doing that AND THEN IT HIT ME. wouldn't it just be adorable if i found a fox WITH A COLLAR!!! like they used to be a captive 'pet' fox and broke free, so they're really bad at hunting and fighting and stuff in general but they're the cutest fox you'd ever see and all the other foxes see them and go awww and feel bad when they can't hunt. BUT THAT'S NOT ALL. it would have to be called leprechaun from it's old owners because it's that small and it has the name leprechaun on it's collar, but wow, i'm going a bit far with this aren't i XD

i need some help;

so, i have my prideful brat Vaini, and i have her two seconds planned out (a shy but intelligent Imi-todd and a logical but battlehungry Umu-vixen, im just waiting for a fox that fits them!), but im not sure what Kunikari's (my new mender's) personality should be... any suggestions? i see her a bit more toned down and quiet but i don't want her to be a carbon copy of my planned second


also, since my skulk has two seconds, the seconds are ranked using a prefix.
the Imi- is slightly higher ranked than the Umu-, and when the leader isnt around or is with kits in the nursery, the Imi- acts as temporary leader. Of course, if the leader died/steps down/is exiled, the skulk still votes on whether they want the Imi- or Umu- to take over.
ex: Imi-name-klaashk and Umu-name-klaashk

Kunikari....appears to be a dreamer. A thoughtful soul with a heart of gold; although she is fairly timid. All in all a shy sweetheart with a penchant for falling in love far too often than wanted. And dang, I love Vaini. She's so cocky!

How should I name my foxes? And how should I name my new leader HELP!?

Do more skulks have male or female numbers? Just I have no real preference for which way I make my leader, but I'd rather it not exaggerate any huge gender imbalance.

Also, with the food, is it okay to have different food sources appropriate to a rain-forest habitat from the list? That's a really bad phrasing, but like, say that shrew is equivalent to baby snake or something, so baby snakes are worth 1 portion? So I have a range of rain-forest foods and just say roughly what their appearance rates are like... I mean eggs are definitely equivalent to birds, seeing as they have to be gotten either from negligent birds or from reptiles, and that probably equates to just bird catches elsewhere. But is that an okay idea?
I mean, I assume equivalents in terms of frequency that have the same portion size would probably be a good idea.
I'm also curious if it would be okay to sort of have 6 actual intakes but make it seem like 7 by being like "well, half of this food source is actually this but the rest is this other thing, so the portion total makes the same thing". Just rain-forests have a lot of food sources and I sort of want my skulk further to have a link to an obscure village who don't attack animals once they willingly enter camp, and they just sometimes leave out food (which I would essentially deduct from hunted food), because it's the scraps they can't eat themselves, or to encourage hunting in certain areas, to protect their crops from pests.
