Chaos with the Carbon Cybernetics

The accent/skincent/skin is the only thing i need help deciding on. I definitely want to go with most of the peridot jewelry, because him bouncing around and stuff, thats definitely gunna clatter and clank and such and make a bunch of racket.
And the lemongrass feathered wings and tail, big feathery wings are bound to make lots of noise when flapped about as well as the thumping of a big feathery tail. Especially if lore wise, i go with the idea that he has a genetic mutation and has four wings instead of two (similar to cloud jumper's species of HTTYD).
And if i continue leaning towards lore, i may go for the cybernetic accent, because then i can add into his lore that it increases the volume of his off key singing and all as well.
But with the peridot core and smaragdine aurulent accents, i can say in the lore he uses his shiny belly or the golden pieces of his body to shine light in others eyes and blind people as well with his dancing while making them death with his singing.
(His steelhound doesn't help because it howls when he sings and helps hurt everyones ears as well.))
Edit: Changed his apparel a touch, removed the clawtips and replaced it with the breeze cape.
