It was the first festival of this round of familiars, but that might simply be due to inflation ^^ Light usually has a lot of people involved to collect the apparel/familiars because people figure that Light stuff will be the most profitable in the future (due to the success of the Light Sprite)

It could be at this time that the sparkling Goblin (lightning?) is simply higher right now is because less people are selling it/have it.
