chocolate on it's own counts a base color - but it's a variation of the same gene in black. :0 and i'd say no, as red is a different gene compared to black and chocolate!

im assuming both cats are mackerel tabbies as thats the most common tabby in feral cats so yea

waspfur: longhaired(?) red/ginger mackerel tabby
lizardstream: shorthaired tortoiseshell tabby

all shorthaired kits! there can be black toms, ginger tabby toms, tortoiseshell tabby mollies, and even possibly ginger tabby mollies since theres a red gene in both parents.

and also maybe iceberry and tumbleflight but they're probably easier because they're both just solid black/white!

i'll need to know what iceberry's parents looked like to determine what color she is underneath her solid white spotting. :0

as for weaselthroat and ryestem!

weasel: shorthaired brown mackerel tabby with high-grade white spotting
rye: shorthaired solid black with medium-grade white spotting

all shorthaired brown tabbies ! but there could be solid black kittens too if weasel carries solid :0 half would have weasel's white spotting, while the other half would have rye's.

ugh im annoyed because i entered a comp for a character and its a sketch their personality thing and im really happy with out it turned out
but four days later someone posts their entry and it is the exact same personality and position except facing the other way.. they even took my coloring style. -.-


anyway, no rush but what could Hawthorneclaw and Goldenpelt's kits look like?

Hawthorne is a black tom with brownish accents on his chest, and is shorthair
Golden is a longhair golden tabby shecat

iceberry's mom is cloud-dapple! i don't know what her dad looks like, but i kind of imagine him as dark gray. i don't think iceberry is possible from those parents though cx
