How rare is it to get a familiar from the boss in the Mire?

I believe they are more difficult than the other venues, otherwise the market will probably be over saturated with toad bosses.

Molten wartoads seem to be more common, while wartoads are harder to find. There is a +400g gap between the two

To my surprise, I think the Bosses in Ghostlight Ruins and Arena are the easiest drops. I've managed to get both bosses through Arena and one through Ghostlight.
