I don't understand why they don't just update the line art to have arms, it seems like a simple fix to it

This breed was edited to make PCs. Adding arms to this breed seems pointless now because the PCs have a lot of the characteristic of swiftwings, and having 2 different breeds that look similar would be pretty boring for the FRcommunity, I would think.
