It means they were hatched from an unhatched egg and have no parents in their lineage c:

People can't really tell at first glance. So they name the dragon for when they put it in the Auction House so people know.
All dragon names can be changed later with a rename scroll c:

My head hurts becuse i honstly fell from my chair in shock and hit my chin on the table! you didnt at all have to do that!
