Its not that i just hate things that do that, when i read that part of the skywing lore i had to put the book down before i punched it, or riped it into little bits, stuff like that just angers me.

Well, that's true. But what if the Coatl was sick? It's just natural instinct, something animals/creatures can't help.
It's just to Coatls, dull color = sickness. Because they learned from the past that if a coatl gets bleached white from sickness, well, it;s sick.

Animals do this int he wild too.
Thats why, for instance, a lot of albino mammals are found alone. Instinct is related to color. So if a animal, of the same species is not the right color, it shows signs of different, or sickness.

Remember the dragons, while intelligent like people, have natural instincts like animals. So, try not to percieve the color thing as a form of racism/normality but rather 'survival by species normality'

Yes. This is very true. The basis of nature is to pass on one's genes and genetics. If white in coatl culture is seen as an Ill trait, they wouldn't be breeding anyway. Yes, fr has diffrent rules where these abnormal coatls can exist and breed in other clans, but this is their behavior. It's not wrong. What is instinctual and what is right and wrong are rarely ever the same thing.

In a lot of bird, dull plumage is a sign of being sick. Coatls seem very budgie like to me, so in a flock a dull member would be outcast because they often are deseased and it could spread to the other members of the species. That is survival. Even humans quarantine their sick into hospital. Or keep themselves to their homes.

again, coatls are not jerks, they are just following their instincts as animals. they arent humans.

yet they are intelagent and have, ah i can think of the word but its what i mean, they can think they can talk, they are humaniod in the way there mind works.
