^what everyone else has said, haha.
If I make a skin or accent that's around the face, I just ignore the eye area because I know the flight eye will sit over the skin anyway.

I only have an accent that makes the sclera of the dragons eyes look black...
looks pretty neat, it's the closest i can get to an eye color "change" ^^

i might explain this poorly but,
fodder is basically cheap priced (under 10,000 treasure) dragons that people level and exalt for profit or dominance purposes

i personally exalt fodder dragons to make more money for my lair
