Yeah.
Normal Shiro's hair is 3 layers. Shaved, fuzz, and floof.
This Shiro is just fuzz and floof.

personally, i don't like shiro's new look. he just... looks like a bootleg version of the one that we know. i'm sure i'll get used to it, though.

it makes the most sense that he's posing for a camera. lance is the goofball and cheers the team up, that's probably what he's trying to do here, plus we know that he likes his picture being taken, so..

How about...Keith is hiding cuz he hates cameras. I know Klance is heavily implied, but a different ship could be canon. We can't think that this or that would be true just because there's hints all over the place
