can someone explain how an accent/skin shop works?

You download a PDF version of a greyscale dragon c: and design your accent/skin.

Then place it as a preview in a forum/thread for users to see and "pre-order". Usually people sell them for about 500 Gems, but that's up to you ^^

When you get enough pre-orders (and payment) submit the accent/skin blueprints for creation and in a week or less you will retrieve your skin copies which you give out to the people who paid.
