I think they're fairly rare. I'm at level 20 and have had 2 10k eggs - one was an Eevee and the other was a Scyther.

i'm level 18 and i've had 4 10k eggs so far.
eevee, magmar, omnistar and i'm 7km into my fourth.
if youre using just the one incubator it will be quite difficult to get one because you can't get rid of the eggs very quickly. i've only spent ££ on lures & incubators, as they are the most useful in my opinion.

I be only level 10 :3 I am le noob -w- But I managed to catch a Pikachu and Growlithe (His name is Goliath <3) so I guess I'm fairly okay at this game XD
