customs are usually only available to staff but can also be won as prizes during events! we gave away a handful of prizes when we held our summer event, and different rarity customs and semi-customs were among them. depending on how busy we are we may be able to plan another event soon, though it may not be at the same magnitude that our summer event was.
id recommend just keeping an eye out for announcements or trying your hand at becoming a GA, as we just opened for that as well c:
