hi there pals!
i was on bustling around the forums and i was wondering if we had an overwatch fanclub?? i was about to make one in the general chat forum but !! i made it here!
i just started getting back into overwatch a few days ago!! i'm a huge support main :')

Finally got back into platinum :3 so proud of myself now for getting better. Takes time and learning how to improve. I really suggest learning to play multiple characters. I may do better as Dva, but sometimes a Reinhardt shield really helps.

I wanted to try out Comp Deathmatch because I want to play comp but regular ranked gets me all kinds of anxious. I'm actually pretty happy with my ranking, considering I've never thought I had much game sense to begin with. Comp FFA is a bit of a mess at the moment, especially with the SR gap. I was super frustrated last night because I won in 3rd and gained 8 SR and placed 7th the next and lost 50. But I managed to grind back up to a new career high. Going to stop for today though, because I've noticed I only do well on Chateau and my chances of getting it three times in a row isn't likely :')

I keep forgetting there is a comp deathmatch. I mostly only play mystery heros in arcade. I've play some deathmatch though, just not the comp yet. Any suggestions on what that is like or how to best do it?

I don't really enjoy FFA that much, but comp FFA has been kind of fun, if not a little rage-inducing at times.
My experience so far has been that Brigettes, Moiras, Junkrats and Doomfists are very strong and Symmetra's like to camp the elevators on Petra. I've found Chateau is easier to win for me because of the confined spaces that give Moira an advantage. Petra is a little too big which leads to a lot of wandering around and falling behind, and I feel kills that happen on Petra tend to be from the luck of running into a low health hero that's trying to flee a fight.
I would honestly suggest picking up a hero like Brig, Moira, Junk, and Doomfist for Chateau and someone who does better with long LoS for Petra, like Widow, Pharah or Mccree.
