I would not underestimate a buyers market.

When they announced the color wheel eggs shot up from 100k to 350k that night

When they announced the color wheel having a date (June 8th) egg prices shot up from 250 gems to 900 gems that night


But in all honesty your logic makes sense to me. I'd be buying scatter scrolls at 350 gems if egg prices goes up.

On another note,

Do you guys think it would be fair to ask for a headshot or a bust shot for an egg? I've got 7 eggs I'm not too interested in and I'm to lazy to swap them for wind eggs

Idk about you guys but while everyone scrambles for new colors and sells the norms for cheep, I'll be snatching up good fodder >> So ready for the AH to hit that low again like last time.
I managed to buy a pair for 20k when nothing was selling, and now I'm able to sell their babies for about 25k each.

And speaking of egg prices, I don't plan to hatch any dragons.. Do would it be best to sell my unhatched eggs tonight before the site goes down for an update, first thing of the event or later that day?

So I didn't realise until yesterday that the colour wheel update coincides with another of my exams so I'm thinking that I'll hatch an egg for good luck again however issue is I have no moolah and no eggs :')

It's the thrill of hatching the actual egg for something new that will get people and they will be looking for more for quite a few hours or days until logic slaps them in the face. I'm expecting a large spike in egg prices the first day. To which, as I said, I may be taking advantage of. Human nature almost never = logic. ;D
