Unless they loan you the dragon for breeding (so it is in your nest) you cannot.

my friend found an egg and she's giving it to me
And I'm giving her an 2,5 gen imp (gen 1 noc dad, gen 2 imp mom) the fish apparel and a conjurer's apparel set (because i still have WAY to many)

I only forgot to ask what type of egg it is XD
