It was my tryout piece for Toby and I'd like to know what I could be doing better with, or what I'm doing well? I'm honestly curious. ; v ; I also have been thinking about opening commissions but I have no clue what to price myself at, so if you guys would be willing to provide some insight that would be very beneficial!

Do your kalons talk with their parents often? If so what's their relationship like? - Answering for NB kiddos
Altair doesn't talk to his folks literally at all, he's totally cut ties... and he's kinda not a great kid.
Demilo and Myron don't talk to their folks much either, they've both become more independent since moving out and... well effectiely moving on with their lives. Myron in particular really wants nothing to do with his family while Demilo more or less just doesn't have the time to come home and see everybody.
Eternity regularly visits her mum!! Eternity loves Destiny, and they enjoy tinkering together and working in Destiny's workshop/lab area. They have a very strong relationship of mutual respect and love, now that Eternity is grown they treat eachother more like equals, though it's understood that Destiny is still in charge.
What pets does your kalon(s) have?Toby has a snake, affectionately named Percival by Malachi.
Masoa has a white kitty named Ohna.
If they could be a dragon, would they be a dragon?yes - altair, ambiance, destiny, eternity, myron, spectrum, toby.

what does your kalon/s smell like?altair - a variety of different things, he ends up smelling like wherever he was last-- and considering he's a bit of everywhere, well... yep it is a variety
ambiance - overpriced cologne/perfume
benni - rain or the sea
demilo - flowers of every variety
destiny - fire-- kinda sooty? a bit like burning metal, or an active blow torch
eternity - nothing in particular, she just smells like her shampoo tbh
masoa - novelty air freshener smell tbh, he has this stupid pine scented tree-ornament in his car and it makes him smell like air fresheners
myron - roses and overpriced cologne, generally v v nice
sceptic - 100% pristine cleanliness, like the inside of a hospital room-- sterile
spectrum - freshly cut grass/leaves, for some reason. he honestly doesn't understand why
toboggan - the woods and outdoors, kinda sweaty tbh
what are their favorite smells?I'm not really sure honestly, but most of them like the things they smell like oops.
If your kalon could be any of the seven deadly sins, who would they be and why? ex; greed, sloth, gluttony, ect.altair - greed -- because he's a greedy travelling merchant as it is
ambiance - pride -- they can be very overconfident in themselves and are a bit self-obsessed/narcissistic
benni - envy -- he often envied other kids when he was growing up because he could never connect with other kids his age due to the constant travel, and he still does envy those who are socially savvy
demilo - sloth -- he doesn't really fit any of the other sins honestly, and he is a bit lethargic and tends to nap instead of hanging around with people, preferring to stay in bed
destiny - lust -- she had a bad habit of 'sleeping around' in the past, which only recently really mellowed out, that is to say she's still a kinda dirty minded person who makes crude jokes
eternity - sloth -- she's so heckin lazy, eternity is the lord of procrastinating, especially on her college work tbh
masoa - envy -- he's very quiet, tends to lurk more than speak and he often observes everyone around him changing, while he's standing still-- leading to envying them
myron - lust -- myron is a total flirt, he's rather prideful but I think lust probs fits him best, considering his intentions oops
sceptic - wrath -- he's kinda an angry little dood, but he's also p dirty minded really
spectrum - gluttony - he has bigger eyes than his stomach and tends to want more than he needs, that and he eats when he gets upset or sad
toboggan - wrath -- he's more likely to be angry than any of the other sins really, he doesn't exactly fall in line with the others honestly but he isn't very angry either tbh
what is your kalon/s favorite animal and why? altair - altair likes raccoons a lot because they have the little 'thieves' masks on their eyes, you can find them absolutley everywhere and they're kinda mean little buggers but they're still cute.
benni - he likes birds of any variety, not owning them but more or less just watching them overhead at sea
eternity - eternity loves cats a loT
masoa - massy also loves kitties tbh
myron - myron will fight you if you say cats are better than dogs
spectrum - he loes ducks and swans-- even if they are mean, he thinks they're pretty to look at
toboggan - he likes deer a lot but he's becoming attached to his snake
what does your kalon/s home look like?altair - no home, nomadic
ambiance - a very nice mansion, basically-- furnished with lavish fixtures and a lot bigger than they actually need
benni - he lives on his ship but has a home in the center of his home state, which is modest and tucked away from the sea-- it brings up bad memories for him, though, so he usually doesn't loiter there
demilo - he lives in a modest house with more cutesy furnishings and colors, he spends most of his money on his garden, which is within a greenhouse outside his dwelling. his house is also absolutely packed with potted plants.
destiny - she lives in a pretty nice house, but her big warehouse out back is where she spends most of her time. it's basically a big, glorified lawn shed-- but it's actually an independently functioning lab-- and destiny loves it
eternity - she's currently living on campus at her college, so in a single-room dorm
masoa - he lives in a small apartment, but he's alright with that. the place has a nice window-- and the only thing masoa has really decorated with would be the christmas lights above his bed-- he's not a very extravagant person. he has a really big mug collection he keeps in the nice cabinet space though.
myron - his apartment off-campus is pretty nice, honestly, and looks like a bachelor's pad. he has a lot of nice artwork, candles and fine silk stuff around, making it the perfect place for a candle-lit dinner.
sceptic - he has an average-sized house which he keeps insanely tidy. his furniture is kinda minimalistic but he keeps a ton of blankets and pillows around
spectrum - he lives in a nicer house with more upper-class accomodations, though he's not really boastful about it. he doesn't decorate very much, but what he does have in the way of furniture is nice and looks proper, while not being over the top.
toboggan - he lives in a cabin by the woods, which is in pretty good shape! he really likes his cabin honestly, though it's pretty modest

ambiance - add it to their infinitum piles of money... they're great, they'd probs donate some to LGBT pride groups though, they have v strong feelings regarding those issues.
benni - he'd probably buy a better boat, or perhaps a legit house for himself so he could actually live his 'dream' and be a normal kalon
demilo - donate it all, more than likely
destiny - use it to buy more supplies for her research
eternity - pay off student loans //D
masoa - move into a better house and relax a bit rather than pushing himself to work jobs he isn't comfortable with, maybe go back to school?
myron - some to college, some to savings
sceptic - probably keeps a lot of it for a worse time, while donating some
spectrum - again likely donates it all, primarily because he doesn't really need it
toboggan - he probably wouldn't even begin to know what to do with it honestly, he's never had money like that
