I got a headshot of Pomu and a wallpaper of Lovelace~





They've got a summer sale going on, So the headshot was 50 the wallpaper was 90. (I believe)

is very confident, but their tail's emotions are it's alter-ego, so it's very nervous a lot of the time
tufts of hair along some sides of the body, can fly, has unique mouth shape
the tail emits black goo-like liquid when beginning to cry

Answering some of my really old questions...

If you participated in the Summer Secrets event, how is the quest for art going? How many pieces have you gathered so far? Are you excited for the exchange period?
I have 18 pieces total for them - 8 of these pieces are fullbodies; my goal is to get 20 pieces total, with 10 fullbodies (so one of each character)! I'm really excited for the gift-exchanging period. I have no idea what to expect from my person - in fact, I had honestly forgotten which characters I put on my list until I peeked again last week. I can't wait!

Would you be interested in an art exchange event? Users would sign up in a Google Doc, selecting what types of characters they are comfortable drawing and what type of character they'd like drawn, and they would be randomly assigned to a partner who fits their preferences to complete a blind art trade. Would this be a good idea for an upcoming event?
I got 7 responses on this idea - I would definitely participate myself, as well! Do you guys think it would be worth hosting this event?

I'm not sure if you guys remember the Christmas Corp - run by Chia - that used to happen around Christmas every year? The last one that took place was 2013, and one did not take place in 2014 or 2015. I'm not sure if Chia plans to host one for 2016. If you're unfamiliar with what Christmas Corp is, please check out this thread here. Would anyone be interested if the CAAA hosted their own version of Christmas Corp during the holidays this year? If the real Christmas Corp happens, then we could cancel it or just host one for our own members; I don't want to conflict with Chia, but it made me really sad when one didn't happen 2 years in a row.

Tryouts/submissions would be around November 19th for a lineart, and as long as your lineart is clean, complete, and Christmas-y, you would be welcome to take part as an artist. The only requirements would be that you open at least 5 slots at any time throughout the course of the event; you could open as many or as few slots at a time as you'd like, you could draw any species you'd like, and it would be up to you whether or not you would do edits on the lineart.

We would definitely rename it to something else, and it would only be for members who were able to provide proof of membership (either name on the masterlist or link to a pending form).

I would contact Chia sometime in late October to see if the regular Christmas Corp was set to happen or not; if it was, I would not host our own conflicting one; I would just participate in the larger one myself!

I did get some new things, including a cinnadog, but his dessert is not very CS-appropriate, so I will not share. xD Thank you so much Prince Virus/trashqrince for the character swap that made my new cinnadog possible! ;v; I will miss that bab I traded you, but I know you'll take excellent care of him~
