FR chat v.29 - registration March 7-11

Hey does anyone here know how long it can take to get a response from FR's Contact Us?
I sent a ticket to them two weeks ago and my problem has neither been resolved nor have I recieved a response from them (aside from the automatic one) yet. I'm probably just being impatient but still... :l

Weeks to months. FR'S contact us is almost a joke when it comes to anything important. I know people who are still waiting on contact us messages.

If you accidentally exalt a dragon or give an item to crim, you might get a response quickly. But, try to repeal a locked account and your pretty much guarantee no response.

I once had to wait almost 6 month's for a reply to an issue I had.
Another time was only around 3 months.
And once I played PM tag with an admin over false charges against me for a completely innocent post. But apparently you can't ask for personal help on how to handle a friends bad decision or talk about babies on FR or else it'll be flagged as sexual content and personal information sharing. Which was fairly crap. None of my message contained anything explicit or personal. So when I got warned I replied complaining that I wanted to know what this stuff was from as they don't inform you as to WHAT you posted that warrants whatever warning you get. I told them outright that I wanted an actually worded reply and not some copypasted crap. Got a reply a week later saying mods are supposed to only do copypasted vagueness for whatever reason. Replied saying I wanted to know what post and why exactly it was removed. Week later got another reply basically saying "Oops those charges were false and we had no right to take your post away teehee".
Another time I reported a user for being super underaged(they were like 7 on a solo account and spamming everyone) with proof from their Tumblr and FB pages and I never heard from FR. It's been like a year now.
Two years back I reported an attempted scam and never heard back.

Suffice to say FR doesn't handle problems well and are more likely to ignore you than actually help with anything. Especially if it's a serious or important matter. You're in for the long haul so I really hope it's nothing game breaking.

My problem is that the coliseum won't load anymore for me because of an eternally youthful dragon is stuck in my coli team. This is apparently only a recent bug as I have scrolled dragons before that were still assigned to the active team without a problem. I reported it in the Bug Report Forums but only got the response from another user to just send a Contact Us.
I guess I'll just have to starve the dragon out of the coli or maybe try to send him temporarily to another user because I'm not wasting my gems on a bug to scroll him to an adult and back again Bl

If you'd like I could take him for a second and send him back. Get the problem fixed quickly and see if the coli goes back to working.
