If anyone has any tips for Flight Rising as a beginner it would be highly appreciated!

• If you plan on exalting a dragon, level it up in the coliseum and give it a name first!
• Read up in the Encyclopedia and also maybe on the world map so that you get more questions right on Tomo's Trivia Tablet (Trading post section)
• If you have a gen1 dragon that you don't like or don't want, try selling it! They're usually pretty valuable, especially if you level them in the coliseum first
• If you plan on exalting a dragon that you got from a giveaway/trade thread, always read the rules! Some threads don't allow exaltation.
• Save up your treasure for large purchases, and try to buy most of what you need with dominance discounts
• Try to add some variety to your gameplay! This game can get boring if you just do the same thing every day. Vary it up a bit sometimes! There's lots to do if you look for it ^^
• You can get free dragons in newbie trade/giveaway threads, so take advantage of that at first and don't waste all your money on buying dragons that you might not like later.

This just occured to me, and I want to make it a PSA for all new members:

DO NOT Exalt your Progens (the two dragons you get at the start).
Normally, exaltion gives you treasure, but Exalting your Progens doesn't give you anything except the spaces they took up.
A lot of people who exalt them end up regretting it later.

If you ever decide you don't like them, there's always scatter scrolls and breed changes.

Yeah, I second this! I exalted my progens ages ago, and I've regretted it for ages! c;

I did the same thing! That's why I said to sell or trade Gen1s that you don't like. Common mistake!
