do you have any messages on FR? usually when you buy items off the AH, they are brought to you by a messenger!

It's because it's a nocturne accent, not an imperial accent. It doesn't show up when dressing your imperial because it doesn't fit on an imperial. If you put the skin on a noc, it will be on your list of available skins.
