Other evidence that you love the Guardians: (this is most of my knolage of the series) Soren-Barn owl Gylfie-Elf owl Twilight-Great grey Digger-Burrowing owl Mrs P (Pilther)-Nestmaid snake (blind snake). The series begins when Soren, a young owl, mysteriously falls from his nest one evning. He is snatched and taken to st aggies and he meets Gylfie. They survive moon blinking and eventuly ecape where they meet Twilight and Digger and go on their quest to find the great gahoole tree. Soren-Collier/Wether flyer dude (I forgot the name) Gylfie-Navigation Digger-Tracking Twilight-Search and rescue (etc. I know more but I cant be bothered posting)

Anyway, is the movie really accurate to the books? I want to see it really badly, but I've only read the first and don't want to spoil the rest.

Not really. It's actually pretty different. I'd read the first 3 books before watching, though if I were you...

I was so sad when I finished the books! I liked the movie, but I feel like they took all the character away from Mrs. Plither. Does anyone else feel that way? I think they should have stuck to the books a bit more.

They really strayed away from the book, and I got really pissed.
