Spoilers ahead: - I am a bit conflicted on how to feel about Denise. I do think that it was a bit too soon, and I am a bit upset now because they only have Maggie and Rosita and even though those two have some medical training, neither of them compare to Denise, even if she didn't know everything, she knew more then them.

I do have to admit, Denise DID annoy me quite a bit in this episode simply because I felt like she was just trying to prove herself because Daryl and Rosita didn't think she was ready. I can't say she was an idiot, but I can say that she could have thought things through a little bit. If she had kept walking instead of going back for the cooler, I don't think she would have been shot by Dwight.

I don't know, that's just my opinion really. I'm not too upset about it myself, since we really didn't get to know Denise all that much in the end. Really, I am more upset for Tara and the group, especially Tara since she's now lost two girlfriends to the apocalypse.-

@Dana - Spoilers Ahead: -Personally, I feel the only purpose of that scene was like you said, not because of popularity or anything like say, Glenn's death in the comics, or Carl losing his eyes, but simply just a way for Dwight to be brought back in, and for Daryl to get his crossbow back since, he isn't in the comics.

I personally don't know how to feel about Denise. As someone who only knows so much of the comics and knows more about the TV show, I wasn't too attached to her myself. But as a viewer, and also a roleplayer, I can see how Denise's death is going to be hard and an more upset for the group and Tara, then I am that she died. I will however say I an a by upset with what happened, we only got to know so much about Denise, and what we did was not really a while lot in the end. Denise was one of the fee characters I feel could have stuck around a little while longer, (even if she did annoy me immensely in this episode with trying to prove herself to Daryl and Rosita), even if it wasn't a long time, they could have given her some pretty good character development.

As regarding Carol, I definitely would have to agree. Carol and Carl's arcs are my favorite in the show to date, next to Daryl. I definitely am hadn't see that they aren't done with her yet, and while I am still a bit iffy with her character after the last episode, I am a bit pleased that they are showing how killing human beings takes affect on people, like they did with Glenn really too. It definitely takes an emotional toll on people, and we haven't really seen that subject touched in in the show since everyone else seems to be hard as rocks or too emotionally scarred themselves to actually care.-

I really cannot believe this past episode! So many interesting things happened, both sad and happy (spoilers ahead). When they went to the store to get the medicine...I must say I had a feeling from seeing the crib that something like what had been implied happened. I felt sympathy for Denise when she ran out, and on the other hand it came to show just how unprepared she really was for the outside "world". I think the same applies to Eugene...but I don't believe I can say this fairly because of his encounter with the work shop walker that had dried metal on its head. Overall, I just think the episode showed that Denise and Eugene wanted to be helpful in more ways...but lacked the skill set so to say.

This episode just flied by fast, it was also sad. Spoilers ahead:

I think most of us will already know that any death is sad, and I surely that Denise's was hella depressing. Especially since she got downright shot through the head/eye, before she was finished her speech and it was terrifying to hear her trying to finish it. Daryl's reaction was sad, and I'm glad we didn't get to see Tara's reaction because that would have been even more gloomy. My lesbian bab will be missed. </3

I think Eugene still has a lot to learn, and I don't know if he should be opening his mouth a lot since the group was nice enough to actually let him in due to the whole 'cure for this infection' incident that happened a long time ago. I thought the chats he had with Abraham that went back and fort and back and fort were hilarious, the little things always seem to count.

I feel like Carol might bump into the group again in some crisis and they might need help, but I hope she'll come back and I don't think Morgan won't just let her just leave like that, just look at his face at the end! lol. I am very much concerned for Maggie's health, since losing two doctors I think things will be tough. I hope another doctor comes out of nowhere or one of the people can replace her?

@Ignis - Spoilers Ahead: - I have to agree with you really, I was sort of expecting Denise to not be ready from the moment she had gone to Daryl to help her and Rosita. When she said she knew how to handle a machete I was thinking, "That's not enough to survive, though." so in my head, I am really not all that shocked she is dead, I'm shocked she died this episode, just not overall. -

@smofir - Spoilers Ahead: - Agreed, while I do think Eugene has come a long way from being just out right weak like he had previously been, he does still need a lot of practice on surviving and how to handle himself..and he also needs to learn "Dibs" doesn't really work in the zombie apocalypse.

As for Carol, I sort of have a theory of what may happen. I don't know if this is going to be what happens, and I honestly don't know how I will feel if it does all together. But with the previous promo for the next episode, I think with Carol going away, I feel like what may happen is Daryl goes after her like in the promo, and the others go out and end up running into Negan, while Daryl and Carol are absent from the actual situation of someone dying to the hands of Negan.

And finally Maggie, I feel like if worst comes to worst, Maggie will go to the doctor in Hilltop since they can help them there. -
