I feel as if Undertale is being ruined by most of the fan-base, don't get me wrong, the game is incredible but..the fan-base is a total let down. I once saw a comment saying something along the lines of "I honestly think Undertale isn't the BEST game", then some of the fans began swearing, and pretty much bullying the user until the point where I couldn't read on because I was so disgusted. I remember when the game first started off and it didn't have as much 'bad' fans as it does now, people actually respected each other's opinions mostly because the fans at that point were much more mature. Now most of that peace has kind of...come to a close? I'm pretty upset about saying this, but there are no lies here. I guess we'll just have to enjoy Undertale whilst it lasts.

i agree, this happens to a lot of fan-bases sadly... its sad how people hate others so much over a video game. i love undertale, but i also like other things too, some of which i love more than undertale. its upsetting to think saying such a thing could bring hate. i do enjoy talking about undertale in here though. this is a nice thread.

I feel ya, that's what happened to FNaF. Everything that becomes popular and stays popular will get a toxic fanbase. Comes with the territory. But we need to remember, this is the vocal minority. The worst and most toxic are often the most vocal. I'm not tired of Undertale or think it's a bad game, I'm just tired of idiots and children who take things way too seriously.

Yeah. Sad but true. I kind of feel the same way, and it's kind of turning into Five Nights at Freddy's. I'm worried that people will start generalizing the good fanbase with the bad simple because the bad is literally everywhere. A bunch of hardcore fans out there need to realize that others are entitled to their own opinion. I really don't want what happened to FNAF to happen to Undertale.
